Insta Box Pax doesn't control Customer Content and can't guarantee its accuracy, integrity, or quality. Insta Box Pax isn't responsible for any Content you find offensive, indecent, or objectionable.
Keep your password safe and control access to your registered account. You're responsible for all actions taken under your registered account. When you or someone with access to your account orders a print item using your password, you give Insta Box Pax the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and publish the Content for processing print orders.
You understand that Insta Box Pax and its designees can remove any Content that violates the terms of service or might be objectionable. Insta Box Pax might also preserve or disclose Content if required by law or to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the terms of service; (c) respond to claims of Content violating third-party rights; or (d) protect Insta Box Pax, its users, and the public.
Insta Box Pax only provides design files at 72 DPI (low resolution). Contact sales@instaboxpax.com" Box Pax.com for higher resolution designed files.
Artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Insta Box Pax isn't responsible for color changes from RGB to CMYK color modes or for images printed with fuzzy, distorted, or pixilated artwork provided by customers.
All print jobs need customer approval of the final artwork and job specification sheet. Review all details in the specification sheet and confirm all your requirements accurately. Insta Box Pax isn't liable for any specifications beyond what's noted in the final specification sheet. Proofread the final artwork proof as spelling mistakes are your responsibility. Print the proof at 100% to check position, spelling, and design elements. Insta Box Pax isn't responsible for any design or spelling issues not identified and communicated immediately by the customer. After approval, the design file and job specifications will be forwarded for printing as is.
Insta Box Pax isn't responsible for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by customers. The final appearance of a duo-tone isn't guaranteed unless a color match proof is ordered. A lamination may affect printed colors. Insta Box Pax isn't liable for the final color appearance of laminated products.
Our paper/card stock isn't food grade unless communicated in writing before ordering. Contact us if you have specific food-grade requirements regarding paper stock.
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROOF AND LAYOUT APPROVAL PRIOR TO PRINTING.
Insta Box Pax isn't liable for errors in printed products caused by:
We reproduce color from submitted print-ready files as closely as possible, but we can't guarantee color match or density due to printing limitations. We guarantee color reproduction within 90% of the final proof you approved. Order a hardcopy proof for guaranteed color reproduction. We aren't responsible for color variations between submitted print-ready images and the actual product.
You agree to defend Insta Box Pax and all parties from whom Insta Box Pax has licensed portions of Content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses. This includes claims related to your breach of these Terms and Conditions or any claims arising from Content you incorporated into Products without permission.
We'll cancel your order before printing/shipping. Orders can't be canceled if already shipped. Cancellation charges apply at different production stages:
No refunds are issued for design services orders once placed.
All sales are final as orders are unique. We'll reprint if we make an error, but no refunds or credits are given.
Notify Insta Box Pax within 3 business days of order delivery of any defects, damage, or missing items. Return at least 99% of the received product within 10 days of delivery for replacement. No returns accepted without written authorization from Insta Box Pax. Charges related to expedited printing aren't refundable.
We offer different shipping options with varying delivery times. Final proof approval must be received by 11:00 AM EST. We'll print and ship orders timely but aren't liable for any delays due to circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for customs duties and fees for shipments outside the United States.
We observe certain holidays.
Inspect packages for visible damage or missing items before accepting delivery. Notify Insta Box Pax and the delivery courier immediately of any damage or missing items. Claims must be filed within 3 business days of delivery. We're not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions, or damaged shipments.
Each order usually includes extra pieces. Printing trade standards allow for underages or overages of up to 5%. Additional shipping and handling charges apply for reshipping due to customer errors in shipping addresses.
The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You acknowledge that the site's operation may not be uninterrupted or error-free. References and links to products or services of independent companies are provided "as is" without warranty.
Insta Box Pax and its licensors, suppliers, or vendors aren't liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, or for any damages resulting from loss of use, data, or profits. We're not liable for any damages or consequences arising from your inappropriate or unauthorized use of this site or its content.
